Job Requirements

  • Minimum of five years experience working in club environments with at least three years in management roles
  • Proven expertise in managing complex event operations
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comprehensive understanding of member service and bar operations
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Willingness and ability to learn club-specific POS and operational software

Job Qualifications

  • Five years of experience in club work with a minimum of three years in club management
  • Strong background in event operations
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in member service principles and practices
  • Experienced in bartending and staff training
  • Ability to learn and utilize Clubessential POS and back of house operations software

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage service including kitchen, front of house, togo, and bar service
  • Manage event operations for club and private events
  • Perform administrative work including record keeping, reporting, and member ticket management
  • Handle employee management including hiring, firing, training, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with other department heads to achieve club operational goals
  • Participate in social media marketing to members and promote private events
  • Manage inventory and cost control
  • Work with other departments to support member retention goals
