As the Director of Food & Beverage at Commonwealth Lodging, you will helm all dining and beverage operations across the hotel, ensuring exceptional quality, service excellence, and profitability. Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or equivalent leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple food & beverage outlets
  • Competent in budget management and P&L responsibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call
  • Capable of handling the physical demands of hospitality roles
  • Knowledge of liquor, wine, and food service operations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and brand-specific systems

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a Director of Food & Beverage or F&B leader in a multi-outlet hotel
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, SOPs, service standards, and quality control
  • Proven success managing budgets, P&Ls, and revenues
  • Skilled, hands-on leader who develops teams and inspires performance
  • Solid supervisory experience within a hotel environment
  • Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call
  • Comfortable with the physical demands of a fast-paced hospitality role
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills (MS Office & brand systems)
  • Energetic, self-motivated leader with a strong work ethic
  • Background in liquor, wine, and food service required
