Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Redtail, is essential to ensure accurate data management and to support client relationship initiatives.

Job Duties
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- answer and direct incoming phone calls
- monitor and distribute incoming office emails
- prepare conference rooms and advisor offices for client meetings
- receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- process outgoing mail and packages
- prepare and send appointment confirmation letters and packets

- offer beverages and hospitality to clients and guests
