Recognized as one of the World’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work and Fortune, Hilton fosters an inclusive and award-winning culture that prioritizes the well-being and professional growth of its team members. The company has successfully welcomed over 3 billion guests worldwide, continually setting new standards for hospitality and travel experiences. Hilton offers a dynamic and supportive environment, where team members find not only meaningful jobs but fulfilling careers with opportunities to grow and thrive within the global hospitality landscape.

The role of Director of Finance at Hilton’s hotels is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all financial operations at the property. This role is much more than managing numbers and budgets; it encompasses spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by ensuring that financial strategies support memorable guest experiences and sustainable business growth. As Director of Finance, you will lead the financial planning and analysis processes, driving profitability and operational efficiency by aligning financial goals with the hotel's overall strategic objectives. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and leadership skills to advise hotel management and department heads effectively and implement robust financial controls.

Your daily responsibilities will include preparing annual financial plans and budgets, overseeing financial reporting for accuracy and transparency, and managing financial transactions like sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses to maintain fiscal responsibility. Protecting hotel assets by ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls is paramount. Additionally, you will play a key role in cultivating a high-performing finance team by fostering professional development, managing performance, and recognizing accomplishments. Hilton’s core values—hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency—guide this role, ensuring actions taken contribute to the positive impact Hilton makes on both guests and employees.

In this position, you will also benefit from Hilton’s generous employee perks, including deeply discounted travel opportunities at Hilton hotels worldwide, employee stock purchase programs, paid parental leave, caregiving support services, mental health resources, paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans that contribute to your financial security. Hilton is dedicated to investing in its team members’ well-being and career success, making it more than just a job—it's a place where your talents are valued and nurtured. Join Hilton’s award-winning culture and help illuminate each guest's stay while advancing your career in a supportive and globally respected hospitality environment.
