Known for blending thoughtful design with efficiency and eco-conscious practices, the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport serves both business and leisure travelers seeking a superior hospitality experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport is currently seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Finance to lead and oversee all financial operations within the hotel. This role involves not only managing financial transactions but also mentoring and developing a finance team that aligns with the hotel's core values and brand standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, monitoring sales and purchases, approving salaries and expenses, and overseeing contractual and legal agreements. Regular duties include preparing the Monthly Report of Operations, maintaining licenses and permits, and auditing cash handling and inventory controls.

The position offers a clear growth path beginning with the Area Director of Finance role and advancing to Regional Director of Finance and eventually Corporate Director of Finance, providing opportunities for career advancement within the Hilton Hotel Management structure. Candidates are expected to demonstrate professionalism, strategic insight, and comprehensive knowledge of financial principles within the hospitality industry.

This is a full-time position, ideally suited for a finance professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 to 10 years of accounting experience specifically within the hospitality sector. Work schedules may vary and include holidays and weekends, requiring flexibility and dedication. Physical aspects of the job include sitting for extended periods, lifting light weights, and performing routine office tasks such as keyboard operation. The hotel's core philosophy, encapsulated by their beliefs "People Are Our Capability," "Hearts That Serve," "Only Excellence," "Stay Nimble," and "Own It," highlights a culture of service excellence, teamwork, adaptability, and accountability.
