Leading with excellence, this role demands setting clear expectations, acting proactively to meet client needs, and collaborating closely with the Director team to align goals and adapt strategies. Maintaining organized records using designated tools like Close CRM and Flashquotes, communicating effectively through Slack, and continuously innovating the menu, brochures, systems, and client experience are also part of the responsibilities.
Additionally, the Director of Events will serve as a brand ambassador for Creature Coffee and the specialty coffee industry, completing full barista training to fully understand the product and culture. This position is full-time, involving office, event-based, and occasional remote work, offering a competitive salary of $58,000 base plus bonus and commission with on-target earnings around $70,000. The comprehensive benefits package includes a $3,000 yearly health and wellness stipend, paid time off with bank holidays, sick leave, company equipment, and opportunities for ongoing training and professional development. This role is perfect for a confident, grounded leader with a passion for sales, events, and coffee, ready to help Creature Coffee make a lasting impact in a new market.
