The role available is a full-time, on-site position based in Scottsdale, Arizona, for a Director of Events who will play a critical leadership role in the company. The Director of Events will be responsible for budgeting, managing client relationships, vendor coordination, and the smooth operation of all event activities.

They will also contribute directly to the business's growth through active involvement in sales and marketing strategies designed to increase event bookings and elevate the Dolce brand within the competitive Scottsdale market. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in event management, financial oversight, and client communication. Their experience should include strong leadership skills, the ability to foster vendor and client partnerships, and proficiency with event management technologies. While a background in hospitality or event venue management is advantageous, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Compensation begins at $30 per hour, with additional commission opportunities totaling 3% on booked business. There is substantial room for advancement in compensation and leadership roles based on performance and sales milestones.

Job Requirements
