Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or venue management
- proven ability to drive revenue and execute high-quality events
- strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- proactive solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- frequent availability for evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Lead and develop the events team including full-time and seasonal staff
- serve on the strategic leadership team
- participate in board meetings and give reports as requested
- own and grow event and rental revenue with clear performance goals
- manage the full event lifecycle from sales and booking through execution
- oversee major Garden events including SHINE, Gala in the Garden, and Plant Sale
- partner cross-functionally with development, education, horticulture, and visitor services
- identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and event opportunities
- oversee food and beverage operations tied to events
