We are currently seeking an experienced Events Manager who will oversee all aspects of private events within our restaurant. This full-time role is critical in driving the success of our event operations by aligning financial goals with superior client service and seamless execution. The Events Manager will take ownership of assigned responsibilities, consistently exploring opportunities to enhance value and guest satisfaction. In this role, the manager will collaborate closely with both front and back-of-house teams, including the executive chef and kitchen staff, to ensure food quality and service exceed expectations. The position requires strong leadership to recruit, train, and develop event teams that embody the company culture and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in event management or related hospitality roles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve guest concerns effectively
- Knowledge of vendor coordination and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and private event logistics

Job Duties
- Accomplish company goals by owning assigned tasks and exploring opportunities to add value to the position
- Strictly adhere to all restaurant financial plans and budgets
- Review private event sales trends, profit goals and spending with the financial team and create solutions for increased revenue and reduced spending
- Be responsible for all day-to-day events operations within the restaurants
- Generate new leads for corporate and social private events
- Oversee the execution of events, collaborating with both front and back-of-house leaders
- Continue to develop and maintain all events systems, focusing on finding efficiencies
