As the Director of Catering & Conference Services at the Little Rock Marriott, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a talented catering and conference services team, driving catering sales, and ensuring the flawless execution of high-profile events. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills. The role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, planners, and partners while managing budgets and financial performance to maximize revenue and repeat business.
