Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to lead and motivate diverse teams under pressure
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and client satisfaction
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems

Job Duties
- Develop and manage the NABS process to convert sales into deliverable projects within standard cost parameters
- Ensure all project elements, including equipment, preparation, logistics, travel, crew, layouts, specifications, services, pre- and post-production, and return are correctly planned and executed
- Lead and coordinate the Project Execution Management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Maintain clear and effective communication across all workforce and client teams
- Monitor project progress to identify and address urgent matters while keeping focus on important details
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to track, report, and present project status
- Adopt and learn new systems quickly to maximize team efficiency
- Ensure projects are 100 percent ready on time, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction
