The Director of Dining Services position at Asbury Springhill in Erie, Pennsylvania offers a unique leadership opportunity within a well-established Independent Living and Senior Housing Community. This role is central to managing all culinary and dining functions, including overseeing a full-service dining program designed to deliver exemplary hospitality and culinary excellence. In this leadership role, the incumbent will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including the Dining Manager and culinary staff, while collaborating closely with the Regional Director of Operations and community leadership. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree level education preferred
  • Experience in senior living dining or outsourced healthcare food service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial analysis
  • Effective interpersonal communication
  • Knowledge of contractual obligations
  • Physical ability to perform job demands including lifting, bending, and standing
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
  • Strong client and customer service focus
