Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of related management experience preparing meals for large groups
  • Experience with commercial kitchen equipment such as commercial steamer, convection oven, and dishwasher
  • Food handler's permit
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must satisfy all state health, licensure, certification, and background requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of related management experience in food service
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment operation

  • Effective communication skills
