The role of the Director of Dining Experience (Chef Manager) at Armbrook Village is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the complete culinary operations within the senior living community. The Director leads the dining department team, ensuring a gourmet dining experience that meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service tailored specifically to the needs of senior residents. This full-time position offers an annual salary starting at $70,000, accompanied by an attractive benefits package. Job Requirements

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or Restaurant Service, preferred
  • Food Safety certification, required
  • Previous experience cooking in a similar environment
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Physical ability to lift trays, dishes and move dining tables and furniture
  • Punctuality and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or Restaurant Service, preferred
  • Food Safety certification, required
  • Previous experience cooking in a similar environment
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
