The position of Director of Culinary Services at Havenwood of Minnetonka is a crucial role that blends leadership, hospitality, and culinary expertise. This full-time role offers a salary range of $65,000 to $73,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package. As the Director of Culinary Services, you will oversee the entire Culinary Services Department with hands-on management responsibilities. This role demands maintaining superior quality in food service and cleanliness, ensuring that every meal not only meets nutritional and dietary standards but also enhances the dining experience for residents. Job Requirements

  • associate or bachelor's degree
  • completion of a recognized food safety course
  • minimum five years experience as executive chef or similar
  • minimum three years experience in food service management
  • familiarity with nutritional and dietary regulations
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • senior living community experience preferred
