Job Requirements
- 15-20+ years of construction experience ideally within high-end or luxury residential environments
- proven leadership experience managing and mentoring project managers
- experience delivering complex, design-driven custom homes and large-scale renovations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- comfortable operating at a senior level with executive visibility
- proficiency with construction management software, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- willingness to be office-based full time in Holden, Massachusetts with occasional light site travel
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide overall leadership to a team of 4 project managers and 4 assistant project managers with future oversight of field staff
- set standards for project delivery, quality control, scheduling and client experience across luxury residential builds ($5M+ equivalent)
- act as a senior escalation point for complex technical, staffing or client-facing matters
- partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align construction operations with company vision and growth plans
- foster a collaborative, communicative and accountable culture within the project management team
- support continuous improvement of systems, processes and reporting across projects
- coordinate effectively with in-house millwork, design support and field teams to ensure seamless execution
