The Director of Concessions role at Ford Field represents a critical leadership position where the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of concessions within this iconic venue. This position involves managing high-volume food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability. The Director of Concessions will develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the speed and quality of service across all concession areas. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling management, collaboration with culinary teams for menu development, and financial oversight encompassing budgeting and cost controls. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Experience managing high-volume concessions operations
  • Financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of food safety and operational compliance
