Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations
  • Experience managing multiple outlets and large teams simultaneously
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and build strong collaborative relationships
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor young or developing managers
  • Strong operational and financial acumen in hospitality settings
  • Ability to maintain a highly present, floor-driven leadership style
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as required

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading large, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations
  • Proven success managing leaders of leaders in complex hospitality environments
  • Track record of implementing operational structure, systems, and accountability
  • Experience in private club or similarly high-touch, member-driven environments strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence senior peers while maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Creative orientation with experience in member programming and activations
  • Comfortable making difficult personnel and operational decisions
  • Strong commitment to mentoring and developing management teams

Job Duties

  • Lead and elevate all clubhouse Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets
  • Build structure, systems, accountability, and performance discipline within Food & Beverage
  • Lead, coach, and develop departmental leaders and management teams
  • Ensure seamless coordination between dining operations, events, marketing, and membership engagement
  • Drive creative, high-quality member programming and event execution
  • Make decisive leadership decisions in support of long-term operational health
