Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Experience managing multiple outlets and large teams simultaneously
- Proven ability to lead through influence and build strong collaborative relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor young or developing managers
- Strong operational and financial acumen in hospitality settings
- Ability to maintain a highly present, floor-driven leadership style
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as required
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading large, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations
- Proven success managing leaders of leaders in complex hospitality environments
- Track record of implementing operational structure, systems, and accountability
- Experience in private club or similarly high-touch, member-driven environments strongly preferred
- Ability to influence senior peers while maintaining strong professional relationships
- Creative orientation with experience in member programming and activations
- Comfortable making difficult personnel and operational decisions
- Strong commitment to mentoring and developing management teams
Job Duties
- Lead and elevate all clubhouse Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Build structure, systems, accountability, and performance discipline within Food & Beverage
- Lead, coach, and develop departmental leaders and management teams
- Ensure seamless coordination between dining operations, events, marketing, and membership engagement
- Drive creative, high-quality member programming and event execution
- Make decisive leadership decisions in support of long-term operational health
