We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Catering Sales Director to lead the build-out and scaling of our restaurant catering program. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing a scalable growth plan to increase catering revenue across multiple locations. The Catering Sales Director will partner closely with operations to ensure catering services are efficiently executed in-store, with marketing to boost brand presence and generate business, and with technology teams to optimize digital ordering systems. This leadership position demands a unique blend of sales expertise, operational knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of restaurant workflows and guest expectations, combined with the ability to develop systems and processes that simplify ordering, ensure food quality, and enhance the overall customer experience. In this role, the Catering Sales Director will manage the development of catering packages, bundles, and promotions designed to increase both order size and frequency. By improving digital ordering functionality across mobile and web platforms, the director will ensure a user-friendly and efficient ordering process that benefits guests and restaurant teams alike. They will oversee the smooth communication flow of orders from the guest to the restaurant and delivery to guarantee operational excellence. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related discipline preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in catering, hospitality sales, restaurant operations, or related fields
