The role of Director of Catering and Events at the Hilton Motif Seattle is a senior leadership position responsible for driving exceptional event experiences while fostering an engaged, high-performing team environment. This position requires strategic vision, innovative event management, and a strong commitment to service excellence aligned with Hilton's core values. The Director will work closely with the General Manager and the Executive Committee to ensure events achieve business goals, maintain superior guest service standards, and exceed expectations through creative and impactful event delivery.

As Director of Catering and Events, you will lead all aspects of the hotel's event operations, including managing over 28,000 square feet of event and meeting space in a vibrant city setting. You will champion continuous process improvements, oversee supplier and vendor relationships, and manage budgets to ensure financial success. This role demands a dynamic leader who actively engages with team members, sales teams, external clients, and suppliers to maintain Hilton's reputation for outstanding hospitality.
