Job Requirements
- Minimum five years hospitality related experience at manager level
- Minimum three years leadership experience
- Willingness to travel up to 10 percent
- Relevant degree preferred (CMP, CPCE certifications advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of hotel property management systems
- Experience with revenue management or analytical roles

- Experience in revenue management or similar analytical role
- Relevant degree in business development or related field
- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budget management
Job Duties
- Implement commercial strategic initiatives
- Drive innovation and creativity within event delivery
- Partner with General Manager/Executive Committee to deliver Hilton's values
- Ensure high quality service standards
- Provide owner relations guidance
- Support the sales process
- Provide leadership and direction in all events matters
- Serve as subject matter expert on event experience
- Engage with team members, guests, and suppliers
- Stay current on event trends
- Inspire multi-cultural, multi-generational teams
- Integrate Hilton's values in initiatives
- Motivate team members
- Manage conflict effectively
- Ensure proper use of function and event spaces
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships
- Develop and manage departmental budgets
- Oversee forecasting and cost reporting
- Ensure proper staffing
- Participate in customer site inspections
- Assist with sales process
