The role of Director of Catering & Events at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is pivotal in orchestrating extraordinary events that delight guests and create lasting memories. Salary for this Executive Committee (EC) position ranges from $165,000 to $185,000 annually, depending on experience and location. The role is bonus eligible and includes comprehensive benefits that support both professional growth and personal wellbeing.
In this role, you will lead the Catering & Events team to exceed service expectations while fostering a positive work culture aligned with Hilton’s values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency. Job Requirements
- Minimum five years hospitality related experience at manager level
- Minimum three years leadership experience
- Willingness to travel up to 10 percent
- Relevant degree preferred (CMP, CPCE certifications advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of hotel property management systems
- Experience with revenue management or analytical roles
