The available position involves a leadership role based out of the Douglasville Conference Center and Greystone Amphitheatre, facilities managed in partnership with the City of Douglasville. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for overseeing sales, catering, event execution, and client partnerships. Acting as the primary liaison to the City of Douglasville, the successful candidate will lead all private event sales, food and beverage operations, and on-site execution ensuring seamless event delivery from start to finish.

Key aspects of this position include driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and upselling, managing all aspects of banquet and event operations to maintain high service standards, and overseeing financial management responsibilities like budgeting, forecasting, and billing accuracy. The role also demands outstanding leadership capability to mentor and develop a diverse team, including managerial and hourly staff.
