American Dining Creations is a division of American Food & Vending, one of the largest privately held hospitality service partners in the United States. This role is based in Chattanooga, TN, and involves a dynamic position focused on event planning and coordination within the hospitality sector. The Event Planner position entails managing all aspects of event logistics such as design, production, and timely execution. The individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and providing feedback and periodic reports to key stakeholders. The role demands organizational skills to manage various event details including décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location arrangements, invitee lists, special guests, equipment, and promotional materials. Additionally, the Event Planner will specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities, working collaboratively with marketing and public relations teams to promote and publicize events effectively. By researching the market and identifying new event opportunities, the planner will help to generate interest and sustain ongoing business growth. The role may include other duties and responsibilities as assigned, supporting the broader mission of American Dining Creations to deliver outstanding and memorable event experiences. Job Requirements

- Proven experience as an events planner or organizer
- Excellent communication and time management skills

Job Duties
- Event planning, design, production within time limits
