The Sunny Hotel is currently seeking a Director of Catering, a key leadership role responsible for overseeing catering sales and client experiences from the initial inquiry through contract negotiation and event execution. This position requires a visionary individual who can transform client ideas into vivid, compelling event plans and work closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution. The Director of Catering will cultivate lasting client relationships, drive sales growth, and position The Sunny Hotel as a premier destination for high-impact, design-forward events. This role is ideal for a creative, organized professional with a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent sales skills, and experience in catering, events, or hospitality leadership. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in catering, events, or hospitality leadership
- Excellent sales and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
