Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
  • Knowledge of federal, state and gaming laws and regulations
  • Minimum of three years management or supervisory experience
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Responsibility for and involvement with the design and implementation of casino marketing programs
  • These skills and abilities are typically acquired through a bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration and minimum eight years' progressive experience in casino services
  • Previous managerial experience required

Job Duties

  • Deliver internal and external guest service following the ACES model
  • Create an atmosphere to make L'Auberge Baton Rouge the casino of choice
  • Hire, train, motivate, evaluate and direct team members
  • Establish department standards, guidelines, and objectives and maintain administrative processes such as budget and staffing
  • Monitor and evaluate department programs, direct mail, promotions, events, and special projects
  • Evaluate performance of casino services programs by analyzing data and reports to implement improvements
  • Participate in forecast and yield management meetings
  • Host selected high-limit guests and accommodate their needs within program guidelines
