Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7-10 plus years of leadership in beverage or hospitality
- Experience in high-volume venues such as stadiums or arenas
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification required
- TIPS Certification preferred
- Strong financial, operational, and inventory expertise
- Leadership experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

Job Duties
- Oversee all beverage operations across stadium venues including bars, portable locations, and premium spaces
- Ensure all locations are properly set, stocked, and operational prior to event start
- Direct execution of game days, concerts, and major events
- Monitor service delivery to maintain speed, quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Ensure post-event breakdown, cleaning, and reset of all beverage locations
- Establish standard operating procedures and maintain operational readiness standards
- Maintain full profit and loss responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
