Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in banquet or event management roles
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory and cost management
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to uphold company standards and regulatory compliance
