Job Duties
- Oversee all banquet operations and event execution
- lead and mentor banquet staff to ensure exceptional service
- manage budgeting and financial planning for banquets
- coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of banquet industry trends
- develop and implement banquet policies and procedures
- work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
