It offers a variety of exceptional amenities including a full-service Sawa Spa, fine dining experiences at Abby's Gourmet Studio, well-equipped Fitness and Sports Courts, and picturesque vineyard settings ideal for weddings and special events. Trilogy at The Vineyards prides itself on providing outstanding service and innovative programming to enhance the lifestyle of its members and the broader community.
The Lifestyle Director at Club Los Meganos plays a critical role in bringing the community to life through dynamic events, engaging programming, and effective communication strategies. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $86,000 annually and represents a unique opportunity to influence and shape the community's social and recreational life. The Lifestyle Director is the face of the club and holds six core responsibilities that define the role: being a Club Ambassador, Marketing Communicator, MTL (My Trilogy Life) Maximizer, Utility Player, Financial Administrator, and Innovator-in-Chief. This multifaceted position requires a blend of personality traits such as charisma, empathy, creativity, and strong communication skills alongside practical skills including copywriting, web content management, and budget administration.
This position is dedicated to crafting a comprehensive member program that includes monthly activities and events spanning recreation, enrichment, creative expression, and travel. The Lifestyle Director collaborates closely with other department leaders and Shea Community Representatives to create synergistic and attractive lifestyle events that support recruiting efforts and community building. In addition to hosting events and gathering feedback for continuous improvement, this role involves maintaining and updating the community website My Trilogy Life, participating in company marketing initiatives like #MyTrilogyLife magazine, and supporting budget management to ensure financial health of the lifestyle department.
The ideal candidate for the Lifestyle Director position is internally motivated, detail-oriented, and fully aligned with the club’s core values of honesty, integrity, respect for the individual, teamwork, and a competitive spirit. Flexibility is essential as the role often requires evening and weekend work to accommodate events. Full-time team members are eligible for a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and life insurance plans, paid time off, paid holidays, and participation in the company 401(k) plan. Trilogy at The Vineyards fosters a professional environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement, with a commitment to diversity, equal opportunity, and community wellness.
