Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ten years of related professional experience
  • Five years working in a global corporation or food and beverage company
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Ability to work onsite in New York City as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Ten years of professional experience in corporate planning, strategic planning, project management, food and beverage strategy and operations, or management consulting
  • Five years of experience in a global corporation or food and beverage company
  • Three years of experience developing strategic roadmaps using data insights
  • Two years of experience creating and managing project plans for large organizations
  • Experience creating strategic presentations, business cases and case studies using data
  • Experience leading teams and collaborative projects
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams applications
  • Willing to travel up to 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally
  • Willing to work in the New York City office as required

Job Duties

  • Implement comprehensive global F&B strategies that align with Hilton's Lifestyle F&B brand values and business objectives
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead initiatives to inspire creativity in F&B offerings, ensuring Hilton remains at the forefront of the hospitality industry
  • Oversee brand pilots, change management communications, project management, performance analytics and provide updates and context to leadership teams
  • Shape the F&B guest experience strategy for Hilton's Lifestyle brands, ensuring alignment with each brand's identity and values
  • Help develop tools, playbooks, and brand immersion materials to guide property-level execution and team member education
  • Liase with the Customer & Brand Insights team to translate data into experience-driven decisions and KPIs
  • Partner with global Brand Operations to co-develop a structured openings strategy and manage change across regions
  • Identify trends in technology, ESG, and consumer behavior to inform concept development and brand differentiation
  • Support the design and rollout of training content, onboarding journeys, and learning platforms for Lifestyle F&B leaders
