Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or hospital administration or related field
- master's degree preferred
- at least 7 years experience in healthcare/hospital operations and construction projects
- leadership ability
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- experience in project management, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
- working knowledge of spreadsheets, presentations, databases, word processing, reports, graphics, and web development
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or hospital administration or related field
- master's degree preferred
- project management professional (PMP) certification preferred
- minimum of 7 years healthcare/hospital operations experience
- extensive project management and data analysis expertise
- skilled in process evaluation and improvement
- proficient in information systems and computer programs
Job Duties
- Manage projects related to clinical space optimization
- develop standard workflows
- translate construction impact plans for operations teams
- communicate timelines and logistics for facilities team
- oversee approximately 80 active construction projects
- coordinate with multiple facilities and hospital departments
- lead strategic planning initiatives and multidisciplinary committees
