The role of Director of Internal Communications at Valleywise Health is pivotal in ensuring that the organization's employees are well-informed, engaged, and connected to the overall mission. Serving as a trusted partner to senior leaders and stakeholders, the Director will oversee the creation and dissemination of a variety of communication materials including executive messages, leader talking points, crisis and emergency communications, newsletters, intranet content, and recognition storytelling. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, demanding strong leadership, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. The communications developed by this position help unify the workforce around organizational changes and updates, fostering transparency and trust.

The anticipated salary range for this position spans from $113,734 to $167,752 annually, reflecting the organization's recognition of the importance of this role and its commitment to attracting top talent in the field of communications within healthcare.
