Job Duties

  • Oversee leadership and execution
  • Maintain knowledge of proper policies and procedures
  • Set the example for excellence in customer service, food preparation and safety
  • Work with other Directors to assure seamless execution of requirements
  • Brainstorm and communicate any process improvement ideas to Director of Operations and Operator
  • Diffuse any disagreements amongst employees and unify employees to work as a high-performance team
  • Must handle money
  • Work in operations when needed
  • Occasionally make a recap of the day/night for all leaders/directors
  • Supervise and assist in all daily operational positions such as making waffle fries, bagging food, taking orders, making sandwiches, making drinks, making shakes, etc.
  • Be able to lift 50lbs
