Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate and collaborate with fellow Directors and Operator to fulfill business needs
Job Duties
- Oversee leadership and execution
- Maintain knowledge of proper policies and procedures
- Set the example for excellence in customer service, food preparation and safety
- Work with other Directors to assure seamless execution of requirements
- Brainstorm and communicate any process improvement ideas to Director of Operations and Operator
- Diffuse any disagreements amongst employees and unify employees to work as a high-performance team
- Must handle money
- Work in operations when needed
- Occasionally make a recap of the day/night for all leaders/directors
- Supervise and assist in all daily operational positions such as making waffle fries, bagging food, taking orders, making sandwiches, making drinks, making shakes, etc.
- Be able to lift 50lbs
