We are currently seeking a Director of Operations for our fulfillment center located in Irving, Texas. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the culture and managing daily activities of a high-volume pick, pack, and ship fulfillment center. Reporting directly to the Regional Senior Director, the Director of Operations will lead the operational roadmap of our largest facility, overseeing a team of over 700 employees. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management on the shop floor, focusing on operational logistics, continuous improvement, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

As the Director of Operations, you will build and establish a strong leadership team with a clear pipeline, developing talent across fulfillment, quality, warehouse, and shipping functions. You will develop trusted relationships with peers and direct reports, serve as the main liaison between site operations and headquarters, and set high standards to achieve key performance indicators and financial goals. Communication is a vital part of this role, as you will drive engagement and inspire a diverse workforce through regular meetings and transparent goal-sharing.

In addition to operational excellence, the Director will champion continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Creating a positive team dynamic that embodies feedback, adaptability, accountability, and change is essential. Your leadership will directly impact the company’s success as you handle a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment where business needs constantly evolve.
