The Director of Food and Beverage role at Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard represents a senior leadership position within the hospitality domain, particularly focused on elevating food and beverage services to meet and exceed owner and guest expectations. - 5+ years of food and beverage or restaurant experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Servsafe Manager Certification
- Alcohol Awareness Training Certification

- previous hotel or hospitality food and beverage experience preferred
- experience in operations under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
Job Duties
- Provides coaching and counseling to team members in accordance with company policies
- schedules team members to align with business needs
- ensures all departmental activities comply with policies and procedures and that all team members are trained in food quality, sanitation, safety, departmental and resort policies and guest service standards
- plans and develops procedures to improve operations and establishes work priorities and departmental goals
- supports the general manager with monthly forecasts, year-end financial reports, payroll control, and yearly budget preparation
- monitors expenditures to manage cost of goods sold and operating expenses within budget
- responds to monthly financial variances
- actively participates in daily F&B operations to assist with workload and address guest and owner inquiries
- resolves issues related to guest concerns, inventory, staffing, and unique requests
- assists the general manager in completing capital projects on time and within budget and recommends future retail requirements
- maintains communication and coordination of F&B activities with other departments to ensure productivity standards
- ensures team members complete daily checklists and shift closings accurately
- develops menus and marketing strategies including seasonal menu implementation and revenue initiatives
- stays updated on marketing techniques and emerging trends
- analyzes cost and revenue reports to forecast and make decisions to maximize profit
- handles additional tasks as assigned by leadership
