Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- five plus years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience
- three plus years in executive-level role in high-volume hospitality settings
- knowledge of food safety and service standards
- financial management experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and high integrity
Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience
- at least three years in an executive-level role within high-volume hotel, restaurant, catering, or resort environments
- experience in full-service hotels preferred
- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and food safety standards
- demonstrated financial acumen managing P&Ls, forecasting, inventory controls, and capital expenditures
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- strong understanding of local market trends
- exceptional leadership and team development skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- high level of integrity
- dependable and adaptable with flexible scheduling
Job Duties
- Drive improvement in guest satisfaction and food quality metrics
- maintain a strong, visible presence throughout the hotel
- promote a positive work environment supporting associate satisfaction and retention
- monitor financial performance including labor management, expense control, and budget adherence
- participate in weekly forecasting, scheduling, and strategic planning
- develop pricing, service, and product strategies
- identify market trends and implement action plans
- manage vendor and customer relations
- ensure safety and sanitation compliance
- supervise inventory management
- support overall hotel success through collaboration with other departments
