Job Description

Constellation Brands is a leading international beverage alcohol company known for its innovation, premium quality, and diverse portfolio that spans beer, wine, and spirits. With a commitment to delivering excellence, the company focuses on driving growth through its dedicated teams and strong partnerships within the beverage industry. As a company that values diversity and inclusion, Constellation Brands fosters a dynamic and collaborative workplace culture where employees are empowered to grow and contribute to the organization's success. The company operates across multiple geographic markets, delivering products that resonate with consumers globally while tailoring its strategies to local market nuances, particularly in the Southeastern Business Unit (SEBU).

The Field Marketing Director (FMD) role within Constellation Brands' Southeastern Business Unit is a senior-level, full-time position based in Miami, Florida, with additional opportunities in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. This role commands a salary range between $147,500.00 and $240,700.00, reflective of experience, education, and geographic considerations. As the FMD, you will be the market-level marketing expert responsible for creating and executing the local marketing plan in collaboration with both Marketing and Sales departments. The FMD leads a team of internal marketers along with external agency resources to manage strategic marketing efforts, sponsorship partnerships, and national program execution tailored to achieve brand and portfolio objectives.

In this role, you will spearhead the annual marketing planning process, leveraging extensive data analytics, consumer insights, and competitive market analysis to develop localized plans that complement national initiatives. You will collaborate closely with media and brand teams to customize media strategies that deliver targeted consumer engagement. Oversight of the budget and financial planning is critical; you will ensure resources are optimally allocated and financial targets are met. Additionally, you will act as the primary communication liaison between marketing teams, sales leaders, wholesalers, and external partners to drive cohesive marketing campaigns and sponsorships that directly support business unit and brand goals.

Your leadership duties will include managing all marketing activities within the business unit, guiding creative development processes, and facilitating alignment across cross-functional teams. FMDs are expected to foster a results-driven environment, emphasize measurement and transparency, and provide continuous feedback to senior management. This includes recapping program outcomes and influencing the future marketing strategy based on measurable success. Extensive travel (up to 40%) within the region is required to maintain close relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective execution of marketing efforts.

Constellation Brands provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plans, and other employee benefits. The company is committed to equal employment opportunities, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees have the opportunity to succeed regardless of their background or status. The Field Marketing Director role represents a unique opportunity to influence brand growth and market presence while leading a motivated marketing team in a vibrant, competitive environment.
