The Director, Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations is a pivotal hands-on leadership position. This role supports and executes the daily concessions operations for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes during games and events. Despite bearing the title of Director, this is a developmental and high-impact opportunity aimed at grooming the individual to step into a full concessions leadership role within the DBH-operated clubs portfolio. The role's responsibilities span managing game-day operations, supporting club leadership with staff planning and execution, maintaining standards of food quality, safety and cleanliness, and leading the development and training of the concessions team.

This position provides a comprehensive exposure to key business functions, including labor management, cost control, and revenue optimization, crucial for any senior leadership role in the food and beverage or hospitality industry. The Director will also be instrumental in implementing promotional activities, menu updates, and operational initiatives, thereby driving successful concessions operations.
