Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing communications hospitality or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in event management brand operations or hospitality
- Proven experience in vendor management budgeting and logistics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work in-office full-time in New York City including flexibility for occasional extended hours
Job Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in brand operations event management or related fields
- 5+ years in hospitality-related experiences
- Strong experience in vendor management budgeting and logistical planning
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering premium experiences
- Excellent organizational problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and a creative eye for branded experiences
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
Job Duties
- Lead grow and improve upon Bilt’s consumer brand events pipeline
- Ensure a membership-level experience across all touchpoints
- Evolve the events strategy with new neighborhood-focused activations
- Build lasting relationships with guests through engaging events
- Lead and expand Bilt’s B2B and B2C neighborhood commerce events strategy
- Manage an events calendar and develop a roadmap for in-person experiences
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to optimize value and maintain budget efficiency
- Oversee end-to-end logistics and on-site coordination
- Lead operational initiatives to solve logistical challenges and improve processes
