With a firm commitment to excellence, Baptist Health has developed internationally recognized centers of excellence in cancer treatment, cardiovascular care, orthopedics and sports medicine, and neurosciences. Backed by philanthropy and driven by its faith-based mission, the organization focuses on delivering world-class medical care with compassion and integrity. Baptist Health’s reputation is further bolstered by being named one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For over the past 26 years, and most recently securing the position as the most awarded healthcare system in South Florida by U.S. News & World Report in the 2025-2026 Best Hospital Rankings, earning 63 high-performing honors.
What truly distinguishes Baptist Health is its people. The organization cultivates a culture rooted in personal connections that extend beyond the workplace, fostering meaningful relationships between colleagues as well as with patients and their families. Many team members share a deep empathy for patients’ experiences, enhancing their commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. This supportive, purpose-driven culture empowers every individual to play an essential role in creating positive outcomes for those they serve. Baptist Health is equally dedicated to nurturing its workforce through a "grow our own" philosophy, encouraging ongoing career growth and development supported by comprehensive benefits including health and wellness resources, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs designed to reduce out-of-pocket healthcare costs.
The Director of Enterprise Security Architecture is a pivotal leadership role within Baptist Health’s information security group, reporting directly to the AVP of Information Security Engineering and Architecture. This highly technical position involves collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation teams to define security architecture standards and design complex systems across diverse technology domains such as application, cloud, data, and network security. The role demands a deep technical understanding to support secure technology enablement in multi-cloud environments, container and serverless architectures, as well as third-party technology architecture and resiliency. As a strategic leader, the director actively contributes to the broader technology community, spearheading the development and implementation of security standards and best practices. This position requires a strong ability to interface with senior leaders and executives, ensuring security initiatives align with organizational goals. The role offers a competitive salary range from $203,661 to $264,760 annually, based on experience, reflecting the significant responsibilities and expertise required to protect and enhance the company’s technological assets.
