Job Requirements
- Bachelor of science degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred
- Three to five years of experience in foodservice operations
- Experience in high volume production and catering
- Previous experience managing budgets
- Must live within the Milledgeville/Macon area
- Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and clients as well as other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Oversee all profit and loss statements and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
- Manage and lead a team of associates
- Ensure superior quality food and customer service
- Act as liaison between Morrison Healthcare and hospital clients
