The Director, Delivery Operations Solutions, serves as a pivotal leader responsible for the integration of demand management, order fulfillment, customer delivery solutions, and distribution operations specific to vaccines. This senior position provides end-to-end oversight of vaccine fulfillment readiness, ensuring customer-centric delivery innovations and operational excellence for a portfolio worth billions of dollars. The role acts as a primary liaison across various departments including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Distribution, VaxServe, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and even external immunization partners. This liaison function guarantees seamless coordination from demand planning all the way to vaccine delivery to the end customer.
