The role of Director of Cross Dock Operations is a senior leadership position focused on driving operational excellence and strategic network management for cross-dock operations across the United States and Mexico. This position will act as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing service performance and escalation management. The Director will lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with executive clients, presenting operational results and action plans to ensure transparency and continuous engagement with key stakeholders. Managing third-party logistics partnerships will be at the core of the role, establishing KPIs and SLAs, performing operational and financial audits for compliance, and optimizing cross-dock strategies to maximize throughput while eliminating bottlenecks.

A critical aspect of the role involves managing cross-border freight consolidation and deconsolidation processes, with acute attention to customs transit efficiency and the ability to adapt to volume fluctuations. The Director will implement standardized procedures across both internal and partner facilities, enhancing WMS transactions and ensuring accuracy of inventory management.
