Known for its commitment to diversity and equality, the company provides a dynamic work environment where growth, creativity, and collaboration are encouraged and celebrated.

The Director of Corporate Events at Learfield plays a crucial role in enhancing the company’s industry presence by strategically planning, executing, and hosting a wide range of corporate events and experiential engagements. This leadership position requires overseeing a robust portfolio of high-profile events such as industry conferences, exclusive event parties including those for marquee events like the Final Four and the College Football Playoff, and various networking opportunities throughout the year. The Director is responsible for ensuring that each event not only aligns with Learfield’s organizational goals but also delivers memorable and impactful experiences that showcase the company’s unique culture and values.

This role demands a visionary approach to event strategy, coupled with meticulous execution and strong financial stewardship. The position also spearheads vendor relationships, budget management, contract negotiations, and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement and success across all events.

A key aspect of this role involves nurturing client and partner relationships through thoughtfully designed hospitality programs and events that deepen engagement and foster long-term business growth. The Director must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire a collaborative and service-oriented team culture. Willingness to travel and flexibility are essential due to the nature of events and industry demands.

The position offers a competitive national base pay range of $140,000 to $145,000 annually, supplemented by potential discretionary bonuses and sales compensation based on performance. Learfield also provides an extensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, health savings accounts, life and other insurance plans, flexible paid time off with parental leave, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, and disability coverage.
