Since opening its doors in 1996, the arena has become the centerpiece of sports and entertainment in the greater Philadelphia region. It is home to renowned professional teams such as the Philadelphia Flyers (NHL) and Philadelphia 76ers (NBA), as well as collegiate athletics like Villanova University basketball and other popular events including Philadelphia Wings lacrosse, family shows, and major concerts. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success directing large-scale sporting and entertainment productions, possess strong command of industry-standard control room systems like EVS Game Editor, Ross XPression, and Kiva media control, and exhibit a leadership style that fosters clear communication and accountability. This is a full-time leadership role that requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours, reflecting the demanding nature of live event execution. Working collaboratively with teams from marketing, engineering, game presentation, and partnerships, this role ensures the alignment of event presentation with the brand and sponsor objectives, making every event not just a spectacle, but a memorable fan experience.

Comcast, the parent company, is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and values diversity. Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 10 plus years of relevant live event production and control room leadership are encouraged to apply. The company offers competitive compensation including base pay, commissions or bonuses depending on the position, and a comprehensive benefits package.
