The Las Vegas Convention Center, located in vibrant Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an experienced Director of Concessions to lead its food and beverage operations. This role is at the heart of the event-day excitement, where the convergence of superb food, beverage service, and exceptional guest experiences is paramount. The Director of Concessions will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and inspiring diverse teams, and ensuring that every event runs seamlessly with top-notch service from start to finish.
