Job Requirements
- Minimum five years related experience and/or training at Dining Service Director, Executive Chef or Chef Manager level
- Serve Safe, Choke Save and Allergen certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management highly desirable
- Completion of Certified Dietary Management program preferred
- Prior experience leading dining service transitions and openings
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Must live within one hour of a major airport
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work under extreme temperature conditions and in fast-paced environments
- Must be able to lift, push, and carry frequently
- Computer proficiency in multiple software programs
- Availability for extended travel up to 100%
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead Unidine and Morrison Living operations at various locations
- Direct and manage culinary and front-of-house teams during openings and transitions
- Implement brand-specific processes and transition management plans
- Train Dining Service Directors and new onsite management on company systems and culture
- Oversee food purchasing and ensure compliance with product specifications
- Support recruiting and onboarding new hires and client employee transitions
- Manage budgeting, scheduling, payroll, and cash auditing
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and sanitation
- Build and sustain excellent relationships with clients, residents, and internal teams
- Administer training and development programs for staff and management
