Job Requirements
- Associate degree
- 2 years of management experience
- 1 year of related experience
Job Qualifications
- Food service management experience with emphasis on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and production forecasting
- Experience using automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards
- Experience supporting quality outcomes and service excellence in customer-facing operations
- Proven success training, coaching, and engaging employees to support compliance and performance
Job Duties
- Oversee multi-functional food service operations with a focus on client satisfaction
- Support revenue and profit goals through disciplined execution of programs
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Manage purchasing, inventory control, food cost analysis, and production forecasting
- Build trusted partnerships with clients and support account growth and stability
- Lead and engage a high-performing team through coaching and delegation
- Perform specialized technical tasks and project management to support operations
