Job Duties

  • Deliver crave-able food in a timely manner that meets or exceeds quality requirements
  • Coach behaviors of team leaders and members in the kitchen
  • Ensure speed of service with a sense of urgency
  • Maintain attention to detail in preparation and production procedures
  • Execute systems to ensure a clean environment
  • Promote food safety and maintain organizational standards
  • Manage inventory including end-of-month counts and accurate transfer logs
  • Order efficiently to maintain a lean production environment
  • Evaluate and provide accountability for team members
  • Collaborate with other directors to ensure unity and clarity
  • Hold directors accountable for their roles and responsibilities
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week in the restaurant
  • Allocate time weekly for planning and communication
  • Combine critical thinking and leadership to innovate
  • Coach and guide team effectively
  • Grow and nurture staff relationships
  • Align hiring, training, and evaluation with organizational vision
  • Lead the team passionately and enthusiastically
