Job Duties
- Deliver crave-able food in a timely manner that meets or exceeds quality requirements
- Coach behaviors of team leaders and members in the kitchen
- Ensure speed of service with a sense of urgency
- Maintain attention to detail in preparation and production procedures
- Execute systems to ensure a clean environment
- Promote food safety and maintain organizational standards
- Manage inventory including end-of-month counts and accurate transfer logs
- Order efficiently to maintain a lean production environment
- Evaluate and provide accountability for team members
- Collaborate with other directors to ensure unity and clarity
- Hold directors accountable for their roles and responsibilities
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week in the restaurant
- Allocate time weekly for planning and communication
- Combine critical thinking and leadership to innovate
- Coach and guide team effectively
- Grow and nurture staff relationships
- Align hiring, training, and evaluation with organizational vision
- Lead the team passionately and enthusiastically
