Job Requirements

  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Associates degree
  • Minimum 5 years of contract food service management experience
  • Knowledge of hospital food service and nutrition operations
  • Excellent financial, budgetary, and accounting skills
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good analytical and planning skills
  • Must meet U.S work eligibility requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have independent, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to teach, train, manage and lead a team
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations financials including P&L and management compensation

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • Minimum 5 years of successful contract food service management experience
  • Knowledge of hospital food service and nutrition operations
  • Excellent financial, budgetary, and accounting skills
  • Experienced in client relationship management
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Good analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to teach, train, manage, and lead a team
  • Working knowledge of financial operations including P&L and cost impact on profitability

Job Duties

  • Ensure operational excellence by resolving daily issues promptly without supervision
  • Act as a role model for core values and challenge others to uphold them
  • Develop staff and provide constructive feedback
  • Take personal responsibility for resolving customer or client service problems to achieve 100% satisfaction
  • Exemplify the mission to increase culinary expertise to earn trust and exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Ensure quality and quantity meet established standards and specifications
  • Create a positive work environment using servant leadership principles
  • Keep clients consistently informed of any changes, issues, and challenges
  • Maintain working knowledge of financial aspects including P&L, cost effects on profitability, sales, and management compensation
